Accounts that are packaged with CGL may also qualify for Auto and/or WC quote options.
Site Pollution Liability
Site Pollution Liability coverage is designed to pay on behalf of the insured for a combination of four main things: bodily injury, property damage, clean-up costs and defense expenses resulting from a pollution incident at, under or migrating from a scheduled property.
Environmental Casualty Packages
These package policies integrate the coverage of commercial general liability (CGL) with pollution liability, and can include other coverage lines such as professional or products pollution. Eligible insureds have operations that fall under an environmental service or environmental facility.
Products Pollution Liability
Provides coverage for claims alleging bodily injury or property damage due to a pollution event caused by an insured's products. The coverage is designed primarily for manufacturers and distributors that handle products that could represent a pollution issue.
Transportation
Auto Liability coverage is available for both HazMat and Non-Hazmat fleets. Our transportation services also include the placement of Transportation Pollution Liability coverage, which provides coverage for pollution exposures during 1st and 3rd party transport.
Excess Liability
Excess liability coverage can be available as both supported (via the carrier offering the primary package) and unsupported (via carriers not offering the primary package or lead umbrella/excess). Unsupported excess is generally follow-form and can be used to provide either lead excess or layers beyond the lead to meet the needs of the insured.
Marketing Process & Strategy
We know that no two accounts are the same, and we develop a marketing strategy that meets the unique needs of each account. This includes communicating with our retail partners to understand their marketing plans, desires and expectations for the client. We factor in those expectations along with our professional knowledge of the type of risk and most appropriate markets in our review and processing of the account.
Every day our brokers and management meet and collaborate on new business and renewal accounts. We discuss coverage, market selection and exposure risks on the accounts to ensure we are positioned to win in an increasingly competitive and complex industry.
